1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between each user and petron99. They govern access to the website, account facilities, promotional material, payment functions, casino games, slots, live dealer products, sports betting markets, and related services made available by petron99.

References to “you”, “your”, or “user” mean the individual accessing petron99. References to “we”, “our”, “us”, or “platform” mean petron99. 2. Account Eligibility

4. Deposits, Balances, and Payment Methods

Deposits must be made from a payment method owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Subject to availability, Malaysian users may see options such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, cards, or supported digital assets. Minimum and maximum amounts are shown before confirmation. Banks, e-wallets, and payment processors may apply separate limits or charges. petron99 is not responsible for fees charged independently by those providers. A deposit may be delayed or rejected due to maintenance, incorrect details, verification checks, transaction monitoring, provider downtime, or account restrictions.

Account balances are for permitted gaming activity and are not bank deposits. petron99 does not pay interest on balances. Funds must not be deposited solely to transfer money between payment methods, conceal ownership, or conduct activity unrelated to genuine play. Suspicious transactions may be reviewed, withheld where lawful, or reported to the appropriate authority.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to available balance, identity verification, payment checks, bonus restrictions, and account review. Where practical, funds will be returned to the payment method used for the deposit. petron99 may require an alternative method if the original channel cannot receive withdrawals.

Processing estimates are not guarantees. DuitNow, FPX, bank, e-wallet, and digital asset transactions may be affected by weekends, maintenance, blockchain confirmation, incorrect information, enhanced verification, or provider delays. You are responsible for confirming that bank, wallet, and network details are correct before submitting a request.

petron99 may request further documentation, divide a large payment into reasonable instalments, or pause a withdrawal while investigating fraud, prohibited activity, a disputed deposit, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Legitimate balances will not be withheld without a valid contractual, security, or legal basis.

6. Wagers, Game Results, and Sports Markets

A wager is accepted only when confirmed and recorded by the petron99 system. A pending selection is not an accepted bet. You must review the stake, market, odds, game, and potential return before confirmation. Once accepted, a wager ordinarily cannot be amended or cancelled at your request.

Casino and slot outcomes are determined by the applicable game system. Sports bets may cover the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football, and other listed events. Settlement is based on official results or the governing body's declared result, subject to product-specific rules. Later disciplinary changes ordinarily do not alter settlement unless the relevant market rules state otherwise.

petron99 may void or correct a wager affected by an obvious pricing error, incorrect participant, impossible market, duplicate settlement, corrupted game round, technical malfunction, or demonstrably inaccurate result feed. Where a completed game round is recoverable from supplier records, that recorded result will normally stand.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions may contain minimum deposits, qualifying games, expiry periods, maximum stakes, turnover requirements, excluded payment methods, or withdrawal caps. These requirements are displayed with the relevant offer and must be reviewed before participation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one welcome promotion may be claimed per person, household, device, payment method, or shared internet connection. Bonus balances may be used only on eligible products. Withdrawing before completion of a wagering requirement may cancel the bonus and associated winnings.

Bonus abuse is prohibited. Examples include coordinated accounts, opposite betting, low-risk wagering intended solely to clear turnover, repeated account creation, exploiting a software fault, or using prohibited wagering patterns. petron99 may remove a bonus, void affected winnings, restrict promotional eligibility, or close an account where evidence reasonably supports abuse.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use petron99 to:

• commit fraud, launder money, finance unlawful activity, or conceal the source or ownership of funds;
• use bots, scripts, automated systems, collusion, third-party assistance, or software that creates an unfair advantage;
• interfere with security, probe infrastructure, distribute malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access;
• manipulate promotions, payment reversals, sports markets, games, or other user accounts;
• harass support personnel, impersonate another person, or submit forged documents; or
• access an account while self-excluded or help another person bypass a restriction.

A breach may result in cancelled wagers, withheld affected funds, suspension, closure, loss of promotional benefits, or further action permitted by law. petron99 will distinguish between a genuine mistake and deliberate misuse where the available evidence reasonably allows.

9. Responsible Gambling

petron99 provides gambling entertainment for eligible adults aged 21 and above. Gambling must not be treated as employment, an investment, or a method of resolving financial problems. Users should set a fixed entertainment budget, avoid borrowing to gamble, take regular breaks, and never chase losses.

11. Service Availability and Liability

petron99 aims to provide a stable mobile and desktop service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, supplier outages, bank disruption, cyber incidents, force majeure events, or technical faults may temporarily affect access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, petron99 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from service interruption, user device failure, incorrect payment details, lost credentials, or reliance on information outside the platform's control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users remain responsible for their devices, internet connection, account decisions, and compliance with local law. petron99 may suspend a product for maintenance, security, integrity, or supplier reasons without guaranteeing that a specific game or market will remain permanently available.

12. Suspension, Closure, and Dormant Accounts

You may request account closure subject to the settlement of pending transactions and any required checks. petron99 may suspend or close an account for breach, fraud risk, failed verification, duplicate registration, legal obligation, self-exclusion, abusive conduct, or platform security.

Before closure, open wagers may remain valid, be settled normally, or be voided where required by the reason for closure and the relevant product rules. Withdrawable funds will be returned after legitimate deductions, verification, and investigation are complete.

An account with no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Any dormant-account procedure or fee will be disclosed before application and will not reduce a balance below zero.

13. General Provisions

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure by petron99 to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right. You may not assign your account or rights under these terms without prior written consent.

Records maintained by petron99 and its game, odds, and payment systems may be used as evidence of account activity, subject to correction where a clear error is established. English is the governing language of these Terms & Conditions.
